Tang v Caulry Tang 1-8 Caulry 1-12 Tang played Caulry in the third round of the championship in Tubberclair and played second fiddle to Caulry for much of the match. The first half was even stephan with Tang keeping in touch with pts from Aidan Burke and Martin Rock. Tang forward linre were living on scraps and Caulry really pressed forward in the last ten mins and this resulted in a goal for Caulry for a half-time lead of 1-7 to 0-5. Tang supporters were surely looking forward to the second half with a very strong breeze blowing in Tang's favour but it was Caulry who took the game by the scruff of the neck and score the first three pts to their lead to eight pts. Tang emptied their bench to try and salvage something and when Martin Rock finished to the net , the lead was down to a single score. However Caulry finished the match with a pointed free to record a deserved victory on the day.
