Five pts down with 2 mins left on the clock, Bunbrosna came within 60 secs of giving their season a lifeline after they twice found the back of the Tang net, wiping out a 5pt lead and setting themselves up for a smash and grab victory. They smashed, they grabbed, but they couldn,t hold on. tang showed excellent composure and patience with time ebbing away, they worked the ball down the field into a scoring position , where they duly won a free which Aidan Burke kicked superbly to tie up the match.Bunbrosna attacked looking for the winner but Kieran Duncan made a crucial interception and strode down the field before feeding John Rock who dissected the posts with a sweet strike and Tang took the honours and now are through to a semi-final spot.
