Tang 2-9 St Lomans 1-13 Tang played St Lomans in Lakepoint on Friday last and Tang started well scoring a goal early on. John Rock finished superbly after a sweeping movement. St Lomans replied with a goal but Tang added two superb pts from Adam Neary and led 1-7 to 1-4 at half time. St Lomans drew level with fours pts before Tang again found the net when Adam Neary was taken down for a penalty and Martin Rock scored from the spot. The match was nip and tuck from there until the finish and St Lomans grabbed victory with a free kick deep into injury time to claim the spoils. This was another good performance from a young Tang team and they will be disappointed to come away empty handed. Tang’s team were superb on the night with Conal McKiernan, Niall Bannon, John Rock and Kieran Duncan outstanding.
