Tang 0-10 St Marys 2-17

Tang 0-10 St Marys 2-17 Tang travelled to Rochfortbridge on Sunday last to take on St Marys in the third round of the county league. This was not a good day at the office for Tang with St Marys controlling the game from the start. St Marys were five pts up before Tang registered their first score from Martin Rock. Played in glorious sunshine St Marys had an advantage of a stiff breeze and indeed St Marys stretched their lead with a neatly taken goal. Conor Marlow and Aidan Burke added pts for Tang to leave Half time score 1-10 to 0-4 pts. The second half continued with St Marys on top and although Tang added a few late scores, St Marys won convincingly on a score line 2-17 to 0-10. Tang never got to grips to the cohesive and hardworking St Marys outfit. Team.
